11:00am: The Supreme Court hears oral argument in Noem v. Al Otro Lado, which examines whether asylum seekers stopped by officials on the Mexican side of the border have legally arrived in the United States to apply for asylum.
Anthropic heads to a San Francisco federal court to seek an injunction against the US government’s decision to blacklist it as a national security risk.
