Elite Democrats are publicly wagon circling and privately fuming about Merrick Garland.

Despite the speculation that will only increase now, Joe Biden is not planning to give up his quest for a second term, as he reaffirmed at his late might White House press statement and Q&A.

And the Supreme Court looks poised to NOT let states kick Donald Trump off the ballot.
