1. It is no longer summer.
2. The nation and Team Biden-Harris-Klain-Pelosi-Schumer are right now facing the major substantive and political consequences of the unknown and intertwined resolutions of the Big Four (debt ceiling, government shutdown, infrastructure, reconciliation).
3. Almost no one in Wisconsin diners this morning will be talking about the debt ceiling, a government shutdown, infrastructure, or reconciliation.
4. While (3) is not all that surprising, I find the paucity of coverage of the Big Four to be a tad unsettling:
